Thank you for visiting my website! Tue., Jul. 08, 2008

I am very pleased that the information technology has advanced so that we can communicate in this additional way. I hope this will provide you with useful information about the State Legislature and how you and I can keep in touch. The Seventy-seventh Legislature was officially sworn in on January 12, 2005. (As the most senior House member I had the honor of presiding over the House as we convened and were sworn in.) The 2005 regular 60-day legislative session began at noon on February 9, 2005 and ended on Saturday, April 9, 2005. The year 2006 regular session begins on January 11, 2006 and concludes on Saturday, March 11, 2006.
