Kaiser Family Visit Governor & Delegate Overington

Matthew and Michael Kaiser from Ranson, along with Grandparents Charles and Josephine Fridinger from Bedington, visited Charleston. The family met with Governor Cecil Underwood and later Matthew and Michael served as pages on February 15, 1999.
