West Virginia State Auditor's Office-- Glen B. Gainer III -- nice site with lots of useful information. It takes a while to load the first time, but has some great graphics.
Martinsburg Journal -- The Journal began as a daily newspaper in 1907 in Martinsburg, this site gives ad rate info, links to the AP newswire, sports and weather.
